Required Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Education:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, initially we are looking into 6 months, but more time is expected.
• Experience managing employee relations issues and conducting investigations
• Proven ability to provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training or upskilling programs
• Fully bilingual (verbal and written)
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in supporting both employees and leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This role acts as a trusted advisor to management, providing expertise in employee relations, policy enforcement, leadership development, and engagement initiatives. The HRBP partners closely with leaders to identify skill gaps, enhance team capabilities, and reinforce company values through effective communication and collaboration.
Job Duties:
Employee Relations & HR Operations
• Provide day-to-day guidance to supervisors on attendance management, discipline, and policy enforcement
• Investigate employee relations issues, incidents, near misses, and accidents in a fair, consistent, and timely manner
• Ensure HR policies and updates are communicated clearly and effectively to employees and leaders
Upskilling & Development
• Assess leadership skill gaps using feedback tools, performance data, and manager evaluations
• Design and deliver targeted training sessions for local supervisors including coaching, conflict resolution, communication, and accountability
• Facilitate leader roundtables to share best practices and strengthen collaboration across departments
• Provide one-on-one coaching to supervisors to enhance confidence and effectiveness in managing employee relations and performance conversations
Culture & Engagement
• Conduct culture mapping workshops with leadership teams to identify current and desired culture and address identified gaps
• Partner with leaders to implement recognition practices, team huddles, and initiatives that reinforce the desired culture
• Conduct quarterly engagement check-ins with employees and leaders
• Facilitate employee focus groups and pulse surveys to capture workplace sentiment
• Lead workshops on company values, expected behaviors, and consistent application across teams
• Track and report on employee engagement and culture results and provide action plans for improvement.
