Account Manager – Personal Lines

We are looking for Account Manager – Personal Lines.  Responsabilities : Provide high level customer service.

Respond to our clients needs and provide them continuous follow up.

Serve as primary contact for general customer service, including answering coverage questions, processing changes, explaining payment plans and options.

Identify customer needs, quote and propose alternatives for both new business and renewals.

Collaborate with insurers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Process renewals and enter all required data into the system.

Monitor the insurance market and competition to improve strategies and offerings.

Design, place and manage insurance programs for assigned book of Business.

Actively work in the risk assessment process, marketing and proposal of insurance programs.

Serves as the main point of contact with clients and address their risk management questions.

Liaise with other risk practices such as claims and legal disputes to support our client’s needs.

Work with minimal supervision.

Requirements : Prior experience as Account Manager or at a similar role in the insurance industry.

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree, preferably in Business Administration License in Property & Casualty (preferred) Insurance product and sector regulations knowledge.

Excellent abilities of communication, negotiation and presentation.

Capacity to work independently, in a team and under pressure.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
