- Manage of Security Service Contract
- Ensure operation and optimization of all security systems.
- Lead security upgrade capital projects.
- Manage budgets for urgent repairs.
DEA Security Compliance
- Represent the site during DEA compliance visits.
- Collaborate with Quality on security procedures.
- Conduct DEA audits.
Emergency & Site Support
- Serve as liaison during emergency events (hurricanes, earthquakes).
- Support dispensary and emergency coordination activities.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in EHS, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing environment
- Preferred Fields of Study : Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CIH, PE, CHMM, or equivalent preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations and experience working with regulatory agencies (EPA, OSHA, DOT)
- Strong expertise in chemical, biological, and hazardous materials management
- Experience leading EHS staff and programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Experience developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures
- Experience conducting risk assessments, HAZOPS, and job hazard analyses
- Proficiency in accident investigation and root cause analysis
- Strong knowledge of waste management regulations and RCRA requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across all organizational levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus
- Experience with EHS management systems
- Ability to respond to emergency situations and participate in site emergency response programs

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years in an EHS role.
Experience in chemical, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environments.
Knowledge of EHS regulations and WWTP operations.
