WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT :   The Technical Part : Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) years of experience in project Cost Control activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices industry.  Shift : Administrative and according to business needs.  Bilingual (Spanish and English).  Experience with : Cost management and project controls in a manufacturing environment.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL : (The day-to-day on the job) Support Project Managers in the specific project assigned by the Project Manager to track scope, schedule, cost, and resources against approved funds.

Assist the sponsor of the project in the preparation of Plant project ILM funding documents.

Establish the general ledger account structure (WBS Element) by project.

Review contract requirements in the areas of request for proposals (RFP) in partnership with Global Strategic Sourcing and process change orders as required through the system.

Assess project progress through the preparation of the monthly Total Cost  Management (TCM) report by project through eBuilder software; this must be reviewed with the Project Manager for approval.

Prepare monthly project accruals and audit capital project invoices prior to payment.

Perform a risk assessment using the project risk register to determine project contingency.

Perform a quarterly capital project latest estimate (LE) and the annual budget plan for capital and expense expenditures.

Establish and manage cash flow projections.

Work cross-functionally within Finance, Global Strategic Sourcing, and C orporate business organizations to resolve any issues with vendors.
