This position will commence in July 2025 and will be based in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.

Make your mark in Distribution Team

AIG Distribution Team help to maintain and develop business relationship with appointed agents and other related business partners in order to find insurance solutions for our main producers and their clients.

How you will create an impact

As a Distribution / Sales Analyst, you will work closely with the Puerto Rico Distribution Team as well as the Cluster Executive Management team and support them in their line of work. The PR Distribution team is primarily co-responsible for our major customers, global and local broker relationships and larger cross-product collaborations across the Puerto Rico cluster. This role will give you an opportunity to both join a global graduate program and gain valuable learning experience and as well as be part of a cluster distribution operation that will give you valuable Puerto Rico commercial insurance experience. A selection of the things you will do :

Supporting the implementation of the Distribution Strategy

Coordinate Distribution activities and work closely with the Client & Broker Executives

Support in analyzing trends and support the broader team in various administrative tasks
