Position Summary :
We are looking for a results-oriented and detail-focused Demand Planning Analyst to lead forecasting, inventory performance, and the SI&OP process for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. This role is instrumental in improving forecast accuracy , minimizing forecast bias , and maintaining healthy inventory levels across the supply chain. A critical focus will be on managing consignment inventory planning and reconciliation , while facilitating the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) cycle to ensure alignment between supply, demand, and business goals.
