Description :
The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for guiding providers and members regarding medication rejections, prior authorizations, duplicate therapies, and more.
Requirements :
Associate Degree in Pharmacy Technician.
One (1) year of experience handling medications.
Valid license to practice in Puerto Rico.
Customer service experience.
Proficient in computerized systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Spanish).
Availability for rotating 8-hour shifts, 24 / 7 (including weekends and holidays).
