What´s the role?
As a Sales Solutions Consultant Retention, you will play a key role in driving customer loyalty and revenue growth by proactively engaging with small and medium businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless contract renewals, strengthen customer relationships, and find opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and sales managers to implement retention strategies and deliver tailored solutions that align with the customer’s business needs. Sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids / proposals / presentations and conducting product demonstrations (Direct B2B Sales. Presales engineers mainly focus on revenue retention. This role requires a proactive, customer-centric mentality and strong integration with the sales organization to ensure seamless customer experience.

Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
2 – 5 years of experience in sales roles
Other Qualifications :
Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
