We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to manage capital and technical projects in a pharmaceutical regulated environment .
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards .
Key Responsibilities : Manage the full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality for facility, utility, or equipment-related projects.
Lead cross-functional project teams including Engineering, Validation, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
Coordinate and oversee contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, cGMP).
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design reviews, change controls, commissioning / qualification protocols, and final reports.
Support commissioning and qualification efforts (IQ / OQ / PQ).
Track and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required) Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing projects in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment Solid understanding of FDA, cGMP, and validation practices.
Strong project planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills PMP certification Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Note : you should be able to commute to site since relocation package is not available.
