What You'll Do :
- Lead Projects : Drive the coordination of pharmaceutical-related initiatives, including validation protocols, equipment implementation, and change control processes.
- Ensure Compliance : Prepare and execute detailed protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) while adhering to cGMP and FDA regulations.
- Be the Link : Serve as the go-to person between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Optimize Resources : Manage internal and external resources, plan schedules, and coordinate with vendors for successful project execution.
- Drive Improvements : Analyze data from validation studies, create reports, and recommend strategies for enhancing quality and efficiency.
What We're Looking For :
Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Experience : 3-5 years in pharmaceutical project management, with expertise in validation and compliance.Skills : Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, validation protocols, and industry regulations.
