Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will communicate with potential clients, provide guidance, answer questions, and pre-qualify leads. Once pre-qualified, the specialist will refer them to a Sales Representative to continue the engagement process. If unable to connect the potential client with a Sales Representative after two attempts, the specialist will schedule a follow-up call.
Responsibilities :
Reach out to and receive calls from potential clients, providing initial contact and information about our services.Offer guidance and answer questions from potential clients, helping them understand our processes and requirements.Assess and pre-qualify potential clients based on predetermined criteria.Refer pre-qualified potential clients to a Sales Representative via phone call to continue the engagement process.Schedule follow-up calls if unable to connect potential clients with a Sales Representative after two attempts.Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all potential clients, maintaining a high level of customer service.Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients, ensuring information is up-to-date and complete.Work closely with Sales Representatives and other team members to ensure a seamless transition for potential clients.Requirements :
