Manufacturing Specialist

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Specialist to oversee manufacturing operations and project management tasks. Key Responsibilities Ensure accuracy and completion of data entries and tasks related to budget development and reporting Monitor site performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities while coordinating team meetings Manage project timelines and risks associated with departmental activities from conception to implementation Required Qualifications High school diploma / GED with 10 years of manufacturing experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years, or a Master's degree with 2 years, or a Doctorate degree Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, or a Science-related field preferred 5+ years of experience in a protein, API, DS, DP, or packaging manufacturing environment 2+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional teams Knowledge of cGMP principles, FDA guidelines, and budget management
