Job Description : Vendedor y Consultor Técnico Empresa : Prime Restoration Ubicación : Ponce, Cupey Reporte a : Gerente de Operaciones Descripción del Puesto El Vendedor y Consultor Técnico será responsable de identificar y captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para los servicios de Prime Restoration.

Este rol combina experiencia en ventas con conocimientos técnicos en áreas de salud, seguridad, rescate, prevención de incendios y planes de contingencia.

El objetivo principal es ofrecer soluciones personalizadas que se alineen con las necesidades específicas de los clientes.

Responsabilidades Principales Ventas y Desarrollo de Negocio : Identificar, prospectar y cerrar ventas en sectores clave.

Elaborar propuestas comerciales y técnicas.

Negociar contratos y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente durante todo el ciclo de ventas.

Consultoría Técnica : Realizar evaluaciones de necesidades en temas de salud, seguridad, rescate, prevención de incendios y planes de contingencia.

Diseñar y recomendar soluciones técnicas y estratégicas adaptadas a cada cliente.

Proveer soporte técnico y responder preguntas relacionadas con los servicios ofrecidos.

Relación con Clientes : Mantener relaciones sólidas y a largo plazo con los clientes actuales y potenciales.

Actuar como punto de contacto principal para la resolución de problemas o consultas.

Capacitación y Actualización : Mantenerse actualizado en normativas, estándares y mejores prácticas en las áreas de especialización.

Participar en capacitaciones internas y representar a la empresa en eventos del sector.

Reportes y Estrategia : Preparar informes regulares sobre actividad comercial y resultados.

Colaborar con el equipo para desarrollar estrategias de ventas efectivas.

Requisitos del Puesto Educación : BA en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Ciencias de la Salud, Seguridad Industrial o áreas relacionadas.

Experiencia : Mínimo 3 años en ventas y / o consultoría técnica en sectores relacionados.

Conocimientos Técnicos : Familiaridad con normativas de salud, seguridad ocupacional, rescate y regulaciones NFPA.

Habilidades : Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

Capacidad para resolver problemas y diseñar soluciones técnicas.

Enfoque en resultados y orientación al cliente.

Dominio de Aplicaciones básicas de Microsoft, email, etc.

Idiomas : Español e inglés avanzado (deseable).

Disponibilidad para viajar : Según sea necesario y trabajar en actividades de networking alrededor de la isla.
