They are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Engineer Manager to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of their diverse construction projects.

You will be instrumental in overseeing project progress, fostering strong subcontractor relationships, and ensuring seamless on-site operations.

In this key role, you will :

• Proactively monitor the project schedule and establish clear, achievable weekly milestones for field personnel and subcontractors.
• Strategically plan all work activities in close collaboration with subcontractors, developing and maintaining a coherent and efficient workflow.
• Utilize your exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively and maintain smooth project progression.
• Demonstrate your ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with a diverse project team, even under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
• Conduct thorough daily site inspections to ensure timely material deliveries and overall adherence to the project plan.
• Maintain detailed visual records through weekly project photographs, documenting all completed work on-site.
• Provide strong supervision and coordination of personnel and subcontractors, ensuring strict compliance with project drawings, specifications, and the established schedule.
• Proactively manage material and resource needs by submitting timely requisitions following established Work Order procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and budget adherence.
• Oversee and coordinate all material deliveries to the site, utilizing provided requisitions to meet project requirements efficiently.
• Rigorously supervise and ensure that all work performed by subcontractors meets or exceeds the company's high quality standards.
