Summary :
We are seeking a motivated HR professional to design and implement development initiatives that enhance team performance, support leadership growth, and align with company goals. This role will work closely with leaders to strengthen culture, processes, and staff development.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement training and development programs.
- Support organizational change, culture, and performance initiatives.
- Coordinate workshops, leadership development, and team-building events.
- Track and analyze training metrics and performance improvement.
- Assist with succession planning, onboarding programs, and talent retention efforts.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and staff.
- Support employee engagement, internal events, and communication.
- Collaborate on HR projects and provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology or related field.At least 1 year of experience in organizational development or related HR functions.Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.Willingness to travel throughout Puerto Rico as needed.Equal Employment Opportunity.
