Job Description : Job Family Definition : Engineering Technician for Repair area will be working on the creation and debugging of repair profiles with assigned engineer among several others defined tasks in the area. Performs repair and maintenance associated with manufacturing and assembly.

Troubleshoots problems in non-functioning equipment.

Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and / or rough sketches or drawings.

May perform equipment modification as directed by test / manufacturing engineers. Management Level Definition : Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments / tasks in creative and effective ways.

Comprehensive understanding of the general / technical aspects of the job.

Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require initiative and technical / specialized knowledge to resolve problems and / or develop recommended solutions.

Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures.

May determine methods and procedures for new assignments.

Typically provides guidance to other non-exempt employees. Education and Experience Required :

• Typically a Technical Associate's degree or bachelor degree Science in Technology of Electronic or Mechanical Engineering .
• With 6+ years of experience.
• May include highly experienced individuals performing higher level or equivalent work who are non- degreed or degreed in an unrelated field. Knowledge and Skills :
• Knowledge and / or Experience with PCA and PCB rework
• Knowledge and / or Experience with thermocouple management To support : -Board preparation for engineering profile creation. -Profile creation and management, able to conduct testing on boards and components. -Validate if solder paste stencil is needed, and if not available, help to request stencils. -When hot air machine is used, help to identify if nozzle and site heater is available
• Working knowledge in the field of electro mechanical technology and software.
