General Description
A Business Analyst for Our People Insights is responsible for the analysis of HR data, primarily related to employee’s learning and development within Popular. This role will support HR and senior leaders in monitoring key people metrics, while contributing to the decision-making process.
Creating and monitoring metrics, reports, data visualization, and providing meaningful insight though storytelling will help define the strategies for improving the employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This Job has no supervisory responsibilities but in special circumstances may lead the work of others.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience
Two (2) years of relevant experience in functions related to business analysis, data analysis, statistical analysis, or budget management.
Experience presenting quantitative data. Experience in developing requirements and formulating metrics in data visualization tools.

Business Analyst CertificationPMPMicrosoft Certified Professional (MCP)
