JT189 - OPERATOR III

In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities : Performs repetitive line assembly operations to mass-produce medical devices products such as IV bags.

Assure that all operations are in compliance with all Company standards.

Places parts in specified relationship to each other.

Fastens parts together.

Works at different workstations as production needs require.

Works on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line.

Inspect each part assuring that the product has zero defects.

Displeased the finish product in the appropriate box and stock them until the material handler comes.

Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.

Removes samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and takes samples to laboratory for analysis as requested.

Lifts heavy objects (5 lbs.

through 25 lbs.

approximately) by hand or with power hoist and cleans work area.

Must be able to keep the work area in the cleanest and order conditions.

Other related duties with the position may be assigned.  Qualifications : High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Occasionally work at other shifts when its required.

Experience required but does not have to be with medical device Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

Able to frequently lift and / or move up to 5 to 25 pounds (with the appropriate safety equipment that the Company provides).

Team worked oriented.
