A Brief Overview The Sales Agent brings support in all processes to our dealers and orientates for Conventional Auto Loan. Maintains good relation with our dealers and develops events and offers.
What you'll do
- Visits all dealers assigned on a daily basis, to provide service, orientation and support in order to reach the region monthly budget.
- Keeps a dealer penetration (Wip) of 60%, in all Floor Plan Dealers assigned. Captures a first dictation in Auto applications.
- Provides loan materials and orients dealers about special plan and offers.
- Works with dealers in the Registration Document process and discuss Aging Report of Licenses.
- Develops new dealer's relations and maintains the existing. Prepares events and orients customers in our Auto Department services.
- Calls and orients the customer, referred through the One Stop Shop referral program (OSS), in all Bank Products and Auto Loans, refers customers to our Dealers Floor Plan, and once the loan disbursement is processed, registers the sales in the OSS electronic system.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is required for this jobMinimum of one to two years of relevant experience in the auto industry is preferred.Full bilingual is required (English & Spanish)Competencies :
